How do you ship your paintings and prints?

All paintings are shipped very carefully, each original painting is hand packaged by us, then wrapped
and padded before boxing to ensure it traveling safely to its destination. We take time in packaging all
artworks to ensure they leave us safely.

My limited-edition prints are sent wrapped and rolled in a double walled sturdy tube that is sealed.

Who do you ship your paintings and prints with?

We use An Post Registered post within Ireland, each order is tracked with a tracking number.

When shipping internationally, we dispatch using An Post registered post, it then leaves Ireland on
route to its destination, in which its handed over to the country of origins international carrier.

How much is shipping?

The relevant shipping will be applied at checkout depending on its destination.

Ireland: registered P&P €15
UK: registered P&P €25
Rest of the world: Fee applied at checkout depending on the country of origin.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Customs and duty charges

Customers are responsible for any import custom and duty charges, if relevant please consult your
own governments website for further information.

When my order is processed and dispatched, am I notified?

Yes, when your order has been processed and then dispatched, you will receive an email with your
tracking number. So you can keep a watchful eye on it.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Please allow of up 5-10 working days for orders within Ireland

Orders to the UK can take 12-15 working days.

International orders 15 + working days.

During busy periods, for example Christmas, collection releases and sales, orders may take a little
longer than normal so please bare this in mind.

Collection from studio in Kildare can be arranged.

I missed an attempted delivery, what do I do?

Once there has been an ‘attempted delivery’, it is the customers responsibility to chase this up with
An post within Ireland by contacting there local post office. We recommend having your tracking
number to hand.

What if my piece gets lost or damaged?

If your order cannot be tracked down or has been damaged, contact us immediately so we can rectify this problem for you and send out a replacement piece.
